Description:	This is just a proposal for the config section. Feel free to pitch in on this thread or at the next design meeting. Problem: -Managing and keeping track of configs. Solution: -Config package with report and ad settings. Sample: mtvn.btg.config.ReportSettings={ Omniture:{}, Nielsen:{}, Quantcast:{} }; Mtvn.btg.config.AdSettings={ Doubleclick:{} }; Config package would be utilized by the managers. For example: ReportManager -> ReportSettings AdManager -> AdSettings And so on for any other config/manager situation.
